The running has been going great lately..."knock on wood"...have invested in some new gear that has got me a bit excited about getting outside and enjoying the weather....
Have also been able to get out on the bike a lil bit as well...mostly rolling the CX bike...sometimes with a hefty 28 tire and sometimes with a cross knobby...built of a new CX rig lately...fun stuff...pics will be forthcoming...
