got up to around 50 degrees here today - giddy up - but man did I over-heat...I hate it when I have all the perfect clothing for the occasion back at home!! - spend all this dough on gear and then to not have it when you need it pisses me off...but better to hot that cold I suppose...I was over heating from about 20 minutes into the ride, but refused to turn around and fix the problem...;-)...might be 60's by tomorrow...
again experimenting with posting from Garmin...something screwy with the HR in the first part of the ride...
